I saw Cedric’s Fun Palace at an exhibition on my first day of architecture school. It changed everything for me. Essentially its a cultural space where the structure can be manipulated in an infinite variety of ways. Impromptu performances, events, happenings and festivals are all accomodated into a building not unlike the large container malls of today.
